eSewa Teams Didn’t Fix KYC Form Error in 2021 I have got trouble to verified to link into the Bank account which we have made from Mobile Apps in eSewa. Even I have been a response to under ticket raise with the Customer Support teams by Email Response from there. But the teams will be working like a lazy way to under this. Even today at 4 pm I have been requesting to teams further checking to KYC Verified into my account there. But last one more time I have to ask Sandeep Khanal that person will be told repeated this thing will be do this one.
This was a message our respect staff of eSewa teams but they were said into the further doing this one over there. But they’re unable to make a KYC update under this post to mention it. Even I chat been 2 hours over this WhatsApp teams of eSewa Staff but they only last one word they have been replied it this one.
Even I said this same thing happen under this issue to know this one over there. But there is an answer for this only there. But they were doing not looking forwards to seems the customer error to fixing the time of KYC error in my eSewa account there. But I have done many calls over an hour to said please trying to complete my KYC form submit from right now there.
eSewa Teams Didn’t Fix KYC Form Error in 2021 I am really bored while with the eSewa staff and teams working under this like this happen under the KYC Form issue related. Even I have getting yesterday problem to link into the bank account from mobile apps of eSewa it might be getting error to happen to see there. Even I have been check into the PC version also that things will be the same there. But I have been raising this question through the email box to eSewa Support teams.
These were the same things that will be happen repeated under the Facebook page they have been said like this. But they didn’t looking seriously forwards this case to study and understood the problem raise to the customer service to do this things will happen under this one. For one error under my issue with this thing to eSewa but they fixed it within an hour and within a minute they didn’t take action over the person immediately working for their teams there.
Even yesterday my eSewa ID was working like a Verified account to working doing any transaction from there. But teams will be doing today unverified my KYC verified form from the system to remove this one. Never trust with the eSewa staff working with the customer response to things doing this case. I ever found this such type of error will be faced to see into my lifetime. But eSewa teams were doing too late and lazy to replied under the social media. From via phone call, they aren’t working with our power to do things they will be told with me here.
If you take this position, you will also be in shock. Why do you have to do this? What the Customer said is that you have to work with Seriously. According to the Customer, you have to go as well as the staff. What do we do after a few hours if the staff does not reply to social media and even if they do? If you call, do this, do that, do that, don’t do that. At last, we have to call. Why haven’t I had my KYC? I wonder why I have verified the same Account. All I have to do is apologize on the phone.
