Mark Zuckerberg Became The Second Richest Person In The World With A Fortune Of 276 Billion Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has become the world’s second richest man, surpassing Amazon boss Jeff Bezos. Zuckerberg climbed to the second place by one billion dollars more than Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, who has a fortune of $205 billion.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Zuckerberg’s net worth is $206 billion (Rs 276 trillion), which is $50 billion less than the richest man, Elon Musk.
Zuckerberg has a 13 per cent stake in Meta. Since 2024, the increase in Meta’s share price has added $78 billion to Zuckerberg’s wealth.
The 40-year-old Zuckerberg, who launched the social network Facebook in 2004, has most of his wealth based on shares of the Metaka platform. According to CNN, on Thursday, Meta’s shares reached their highest point ($582.77). Which has played a role in Zuckerberg reaching second place in the list of the richest people.
Likewise, the increase in Zuckerberg’s wealth has been attributed to staff reductions, success in the latest technology such as Orion Glass, attracting investors to AI, etc.
