Now You Can Order Groceries And Snacks From Pathao Ridesharing Platform Pathao Nepal has completed 6 years of commercial travel. According to the plan to become a super app, on the occasion of the anniversary, the company has added three new services while diversifying the service, keeping in mind the convenience of the customers.
The managing director of the company, Ashimmansingh Basnyat, informed me that the service has been added to provide more facilities to customers through a single app. “Currently, the service of food and parcel delivery is available in addition to ride-sharing, but now the customer will also get three new services from the same app,” he said. The added services will currently be available only in Kathmandu Valley.
According to the company, under Pathao Kirana, products from local grocery stores can be easily purchased from the Pathao app. It is said that grocery services will be available in the market section of the Pathao app. Through Pathao Khaja Ghar, you can order food from local food shops online.
According to the company, sellers must be registered in PAN to join Pathao Kirana and Pathao Khaja House. For sellers, the service will be available for free for the first 6 months after joining Pathao.
Through the dashboard, the seller can place orders, keep records, view sales statistics, a list of materials, and store opening hours. The dashboard is designed to be viewable and usable from the company’s Restro app. Delivery will be done by grocery and snack house employees themselves.
Pathao Kirana and Pathao Khaja Ghar will initially operate normally. But Pathao will make it completely based on digital technology within a year, the company said.
Customers can access the games through the home page of the Pathao app. It is expected to make the customer locally e-smart through all these services.
Currently, Pathao is delivering parcels at Rs 1 all over Nepal till October 14 under the ‘Pathao Parcel Delivery Festival.’ Pathao Nepal, which started service through bike ride-sharing on 24th September 2018, started the car, i.e., taxi, service on 18th August 2019.
