According to the department, Rs 16 lakh 89 thousand 30 salami fees (fees) have been received from those who have taken permission to climb Dhawalagiri.
Last spring, 22 men and eight women from three groups took permission to climb Dhawalagiri. According to the department, a fee of Rs 71 lakh 70 thousand 750 has been collected.
According to the latest information from the Department of Tourism, 88 women and 274 men from 54 countries have taken permission to climb 10 mountains in Nepal this year. Rs 4 crore 52 lakh 45 thousand 848 climbing fee has been received from them.
According to the department, foreigners who want to climb an 8,000-meter mountain besides Everest in autumn have to pay the salami fee of 900 dollars per climber. For other small mountains, there is a minimum of 125 to a maximum of 400 salami fees to be paid.
Putha Himchuli nine, Annapurna fourth five, Thakar Go East four, Pungi five, Kumbhakarna six, Araniko Chuli three, Api six, and Makalu two have taken permission to climb first.
According to the department, 61 people from China took the highest number of permits to climb Nepal’s mountains in autumn.
