Google’s Announcement To Establish A Fund Of More Than 16 Billion To Train AI Worldwide Google’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sundar Pichai has announced the establishment of a fund worth 120 million dollars (about 16 billion rupees) for AI education. Speaking at the ‘Sustainable Future Summit’ of the United Nations on Saturday, he said that the fund will be established for AI education and training around the world.
On that occasion, Pichai described AI as the most transformative technology. Also, he said that AI is providing opportunities to help people give information in their own language, accelerate scientific research, help in warning/tracking climate disasters, and become a fuel for economic progress.
Similarly, Pichai also mentioned the need to stop the ‘AI divide‘ globally.
