Changa Falls Promotion Fair Tarakeshwar Rural Municipality held a viewing fair of Chhanga Khola waterfall on Tuesday. Shiv Adhikari Aviral, President of Tarakeshwar Rural Municipality-1, said that there was enthusiastic participation in the waterfall in Dangsing and it helped in promoting tourism.
Common people came from Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Kathmandu, and Dhading to see the waterfall, which is considered the waterfall of Tarakeshwar’s pride and glory. For the first time, the rural municipality has shown activity for the promotion of Changakhola waterfall and promotion of tourism.
The rural municipality has organized a 1-day Changakhola waterfall observation fair under the campaign ‘Tarakeshwar, a destination for local tourism promotion’. In addition to the common people who came to observe the place, heads, and representatives of various political parties, social workers and education lovers also ate kheer.
Domestic tourists have been going to see the waterfall since a few years ago. Various schemes have been proposed to promote the tourism of the place, which is 45 minutes away from Vidur.
