Government Asked Suggestions StakeholdersBill Related to Information Technology and Cyber Security The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has asked for public opinion and suggestions on the draft of the bill to regulate information technology and cyber security. The ministry has asked for suggestions from the stakeholders by placing the draft of the bill on its website.
 
To develop, promote, and regulate information technology, to regulate the recognition, authenticity, and reliability of electronic records and signatures, and to maintain the confidentiality of information and information technology systems collected, processed, published, or transmitted in cyberspace in relation to providing public services through electronic means, information technology, and cyber security The government has drafted a bill related to information technology and cyber security to regulate service providers, investigate, and control crimes in this area. 
 
 
In the bill, provisions related to information technology and cyber security structures, provisions related to electronic records, provisions related to service delivery through electronic means, domain name registration and management, provisions related to the information technology industry and business, provisions related to information security and privacy, provisions related to the cyber security sector, etc. are included.
