According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Tesla Inc.’s shares fell by 7.2 percent on Monday. Musk’s wealth fell by $17.6 billion to $198 billion in one day when Tesla’s shares fell. While Bezos, the founder of Amazon, is worth $200 billion.
Earlier in 2021, Bezos became the richest person in the world. At one time, Musk’s wealth was 142 billion more than Bezos’s. Recently, the shares of Amazon have increased while the shares of Tesla have decreased.
Bloomberg said that all these assets of Musk have been used as a basis. On the other hand, Jeff Bezos owns nine percent of Amazon’s stock. Bezos is the largest shareholder of the platform. He has 50 million shares worth 8.5 billion.
Before that, in 2017, Jeff Bezos became the richest person in the world, surpassing Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
According to Bloomberg, the chairman of Louis Vuitton, Bernard Arnault, is the third richest man with a fortune of $197.5 billion.
