No strike on Telephone and Internet Services The government has designated areas where strikes are not permitted. By publishing a notice in the gazette on Thursday, the government has published a list of various areas where a strike cannot be carried out.

The government has issued an order prohibiting strikes in essential services by using the authority given by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Essential Services Act, 2014. Similarly, in the gazette, print or government printing services, banking services, electricity services, services provided by the consular department, and internet services are mentioned as strike-prohibited areas.

Likewise, no strike shall be allowed in any service related to the transportation or storage of goods in the airport, railway station, or government warehouse, or the production, storage, or distribution of arms, weapons, or any other military equipment.

This system was going on while the strike happened in internet service. Some people will be disturbed by the vehicle side to work over there. While the government will be doing work, the telecom service will be doing work over there.
