Telecom offices will be open on Saturdays and Public Holidays is going to provide service even on Saturdays and public holidays for the convenience of its customers. Telecom issued a public notice on Friday and informed the public that this system will be implemented on April 1st.
It has been mentioned that this arrangement will be applicable only at the office of Telecom located in Sundhara. The Sundhara counter will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and public holidays.
According to Telecom, the offices in Sundhara, Patan, and Chabahil will now be open from Sunday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
According to Telecom, the customer will be able to pay PSTN, ADSL, FTTH, 4G router, GSM fee payment, SIM distribution, and change services at the specified time.
Now, Nepal Telecom will be open all day in a week. People will be going to the office to take their own problem and fix it out there. I think the telecom user will share this problem over there. Public holidays will make this service available to customers over there.
