Yagya Mani Of RSVP Wins In Morang-1. Yagya Mani of the National Independent Party has won in Morang-1. Neupane won by nearly 10,000 votes, beating his nearest competitor, Shanti Pakhrin Lama of the Shram Sanskriti Party.
Neupane received 27,367 votes, while Lama received 17,522 votes. Khadga Bahadur Fago of the Nepali Congress received 11,923 votes, Ghanashyam Khatiwada of the CPN-UML received 9,823 votes, and Kul Prasad Samba of the CPN-UML received 2,224 votes.
