Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Wins In Both Constituencies Of Baglung: Janamorcha Stronghold Collapses. In the Baglung district, the National Independent Party candidate has won in both constituencies.
Sushil Khadka of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party has won in Constituency No. 1. Khadka received 20,927 votes, while his nearest rival, Bhim Bahadur Rana, received 11,944 votes. Hira Bahadur Khatri of the UML got 8,640 votes, and Krishna Prasad Sharma of the Janamorcha got 4,521 votes.
Meanwhile, in Constituency No. 2, RSP candidate Som Sharma has won. Sharma won by getting 12,647 votes. His nearest competitor, Nepali Congress’s Tekraj Poudel, got 11,868 votes. Similarly, NCP’s Gyamnath Gaire got 10,709 votes, and UML’s Manju Sharma got 7,864 votes.
The Janamorcha supported the NCP candidate Gyamnath Gaire in Constituency No. 2. Similarly, the NCP supported the Janamorcha candidate in Constituency No. 1.
Previously, Janamorcha President Chitra Bahadur KC had been winning from Constituency No. 1.
