Instagram has brought an important update for its users, which includes the ‘Auto Scroll Feature’. This new feature will completely change the way you view Reels. Instagram has made this a good arrangement for viewing Reels, especially in the winter season.
This feature is introduced specifically for Reels. After activating it, users do not have to touch the phone or swipe up on the screen to view one Reel after another. This work is done automatically by the app. In simple words, you can enjoy new Reels continuously by keeping the phone in a certain place.
How to use it?
This auto-scroll feature is not automatically turned on. So to use it, you have to turn it on yourself. For that, first make sure that the Instagram app on your phone is updated (from the App Store or Play Store).
Now open the Instagram app and start any reel. Tap on the three dots below the Like, Comment, and Repost options on the right side of the reel. Then, you will see the option for the auto scroll feature and turn it on.
After turning on this feature, Reels will start scrolling automatically in your Instagram app. If, for some reason, the feature doesn’t work after turning it on, you can close the app once and start again.
