What Will Dynamic Island Look Like On The iPhone 17 Apple is expected to keep the size of the Dynamic Island unchanged for the iPhone 17, which will be released in 2025. According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the size of the Dynamic Island will remain the same across the entire iPhone 17 lineup. Earlier, there were rumours that the size of the Dynamic Island would be smaller in the iPhone 17.
Another Apple analyst, Jeff Pu, had predicted last year that the iPhone 17 Pro would use a metal lens for Face ID. This would have made the Dynamic Island smaller. However, recent reports suggest that Apple’s plan has changed. Apple first introduced the Dynamic Island on the iPhone in 2022. And it hasn’t changed much since then.
There have been persistent rumours that Apple is planning to design a smaller cutout for the Dynamic Island in the future. If this happens, it would provide more space on the screen. However, it is not clear whether Apple will be able to make this hardware change.
While the Dynamic Island design will not change in the iPhone 17 series, Apple is planning to make other design changes. A very thin phone called the “iPhone 17 Air” is expected to be released. This will be the first major change to Apple’s design in many years. There are also rumours that the camera setup on the iPhone 17 Air and iPhone 17 Pro models will be redesigned to be horizontal, like the Google Pixel.
