Nepali Congress General Secretary Sharma Climbs Lobuche Himal Congress General Secretary Bishwaprakash Sharma has climbed Mount Lobuche.
Congress General Secretary Sharma along with 5 youths climbed Mount Lobuche, which is 6,145 meters high, in the context of Parliament Day.
Sharma and the youth, who have been on a Khumbu trek since November 21, successfully climbed Mount Lobuche on Friday at 6:45 am.
‘9 Objectives of Climbing’ General Secretary Sharma has been raising issues in other fields apart from political issues in public and in Parliament.
These included climate change, respect for mountaineers, the state’s special priority in the development of the tourism sector, the role of parliament in strengthening citizen trust, a Nepali society as sacred and fragile as the mountains, changes in politics for the progress of Nepal, control of corruption, fraud and irregularities, delay in the construction of physical infrastructure, and a stable parliamentary system with expansion of ownership for progress.
In the upcoming session of Parliament, MP Sharma has said that he will also present details of the on-site study on the impact of climate change on our Himalayan region.
