Apple Is Bringing The Thinnest iPhone Ever Apple is reportedly planning to launch its thinnest iPhone yet. The phone, which is said to be called the iPhone 17 Air, is said to be the thinnest iPhone yet. Apple analyst Jeff Pu agrees with the recent reports. In a research note obtained by MacRumors, analyst Pu said the iPhone 17 Air will be very thin. The phone is said to be 6mm wide.
“We agree with the recent talk of the 6mm width of the iPhone 17 Slim model being an ultra-slim design,” he wrote. If the width is 6mm, it would set some records. Previously, Apple had launched the iPhone 6 as the thinnest iPhone ever. Its width was 6.9mm. It will be almost as thin as the recently released iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. The base model of the iPhone 16 is 7.8mm wide.
If this device comes with a thickness of around 6 mm, it will still be thinner and lighter than the heavier models launched in the last few years.
