TikTok Music Will Be Closed ByteDance has announced that it will shut down its music streaming service, Tiktok Music. Issuing a notification, the company said it would close this subscription-based service.
According to the information, Tiktok Music will be closed from November 28. This service, as me a year and a half ago ,andi s only available in Indonesia, Brazil, Australia, Singapore, and Mexico.
In 2019, after starting to use the app called ‘Reso’ in India and Indonesia, it expanded to Brazil in a short time. Later, in 2023, ByteDance rebranded Reso as Tiktok Music and expanded it to Singapore, Australia, and Mexico. In India, there was a ban on restaurants even before this service was introduced.
Bytedance has adkeskedery to move their playlists to other music streaming platforms and inform thedemcthenktok Tusic came, it was estimated that it would shock music streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. But now Tiktok has prioritized cooperation with other streaming service platforms rather than competing with them.
