Worldlink, The Country’s Largest Internet Service Provider: Enters Its 30th Year Employing 5500 People Nepal’s largest Internet service provider, Worldlink has entered its 30th year. The company, which started with a computer and an email server brought from America, has succeeded in making its proud history in Nepal’s Internet sector as it passes the 29th spring.
Currently, the company’s internet service has expanded to 74 districts. The company aims to provide its services to all 77 districts soon.
Worldlink has partnered with Akamai for the first time in Nepal to set up a content cache. Worldlink has crossed the number of internet connections in 930,000 households so far.
The company is currently providing free public Wi-Fi at 14,000 locations. Along with internet service, various social responsibility programs are also being organized to contribute to society.
At present, the company has given employment to 5,500 people across the country.
