Vice Chairman Of Sarkegad Rural Municipality Died In A Car Accident Chandra Singh Karki (Mukti), the vice president of Sarkegad Rural Municipality of Humla, who was injured in a car accident, has died. Deputy Superintendent of Police Birendraveer Bishwakarma of District Police Office Surkhet informed that he died in Bheri Hospital during treatment.
Karki was injured in an accident on a force vehicle number 02001 B 1011 of Karnali Pradesh on his way to Nepalgunj from Surkhet on Monday afternoon. 21 people were injured in the accident in Veriganga municipality-5, UML mode.
He is the husband of Jumkit Lama Karki, a member of the Karnali Pradesh Assembly. Karki is a member of the Provincial Committee Secretariat of the CPN Maoist Center.
