Nepal Telecom’s customer service system is being regularly upgraded tonight. Accordingly, the service will be affected for about four hours from 11:00 p.m. today, July 32, according to Telecom. Nepal Telecom issued a notification today and gave this information.
Nepal Telecom has stated that the upgrading of the customer service system is regular. Telecom has also apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customer.
Nepal Telecom has also requested to dial 1498 and 198 as usual for service-related problems.
