Ncell Service Was Disrupted After The Electricity Authority Cut The Fiber While Moving The Pole The service of mobile service provider company Ncell has been disrupted. The company’s service was partially interrupted after the Nepal Electricity Authority cut the optical fiber between Pokhara and Damauli while moving the pole.
According to Ncell, it will take some more time for the interrupted service to operate regularly since 3:48 pm on Monday. Due to this, phone contact from one cell number to another cell number is not possible. Also, the company’s mobile app is not working.
The mobile numbers of Nepal Telecom are being contacted from Ncell. The network problem is seen nationwide except in Madhes province. Sources said that after the optical fiber connecting the data center of Ncell in Pokhara was cut, the service of the company was affected nationwide.
In the meantime, Ncell has issued a notification and also informed us that there is a technical problem with its services. “We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause,” the company said, “and would like to inform you that we are working diligently to restore the blocked service as soon as possible.”
Update: In another notification, Ncell has informed that all its services which were interrupted due to the cutting of optical fiber have been operating regularly.
