According to the department, heavy rain is possible in a few places Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim. There is also a possibility of very heavy rain in a few places in Koshi and Sudurpaschim provinces and one or two places in Lumbini and Karnali provinces.
The authority has also requested not to run night buses in the districts that are at risk as it is difficult to assess the flood and landslide at night.
