According to the department, there has been heavy rain in Naikap, Sundarijal, Kapan, Babarmahal, and nearby areas of Kathmandu. In the last 6 hours, 54 mm of rain has been measured in Naikap, 52.8 in Sundarijal, 52.2 in Kapan, and 51 mm in Babarmahal. Similarly, there is a record of 30.8 millimeters of rain at the Panipokhari Rain Measuring Center in Kathmandu.
According to the department, there has been heavy rain in the Godavari region of Lalitpur. In the last 6 hours, 40.6 mm of rain has been measured in Godavari. 35.4 mm of rain has fallen in Lele in Lalitpur.
But in the Bhaktapur area of Kathmandu Valley, only moderate rain has occurred.
