X Removed the Like Tab: What Happens Now Social network X has removed the Like tab. X, popularly known as Twitter, started removing the Like tab for all users on Wednesday in its latest update.
Especially for the privacy of the users, the company has enabled such a feature by default. Previously, it was possible to see which posts were liked by any user in X. That is, if you liked a post and went to the ‘Likes’ tab on your profile, all the liked posts would be visible.
Apart from that, when you open other people’s profiles, you can see which posts are liked by others. Now it is not possible to see which posts have been liked by others.
This feature was previously provided by the company only to premium users. However, since Wednesday, all users who installed the new update have been able to use this feature. A pop-up notification appears when X is opened.
It is mentioned that there will be more engagement on the user’s post. Similarly, it is not possible to see who has liked any other post. Apart from the person who posted the post, no one can see who has liked any post.
