smartcell 4G problem in kaski pokhara
Smartcell 4G problem in kaski pokhara which i buy a cheap for good internet and good service for used well it. But i have tested into my local for used 4G internet into my mobile it got problem on it. Even i goes outside from my place to check it out. Even i goes on city area it will be fine for work for 4G internet well it.
Even i call 4242 for customer care raise a question into issue there. Once they have been check it out. After a few hour they call back to me it will fine for work 4G internet there your location. But i got same problem on it. Again i contact office this issue matter on it. Again he/she give that same question answer replied towards to me again.
I asked to there why kaski area isn’t work 4G internet on pokhara valley. I’m from valley which i used it. But i give details information to office. Why the teams make take a long time to slove my issue from 4G in smartcell. Even i seems very good data pack for used it.
Since yesterday i again call to customer call to smartcell they have tell me we can work into your network commnication for make new tower to strong for used it. It will be more time for slove your issue on it. Keep patient on it. We teams will be discuss to preparate a plan on it.
Lets see weather they have do or not. I’m also wait for it. I also wait for call respone from teams as well it. If teams make me happy to slove this issue it will be fine to used service from smartcell.
