Chance Of Moderate Rain And Snowfall In Some Places According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain and snowfall along with thunder and lightning, wind, hail and hailstorms in a few places in the Terai areas of Madhesh Province, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces this afternoon.
According to the division, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces, including Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces, and partially cloudy in the Terai areas of Sudurpaschim Provinces.
Tonight, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous and hilly regions of the country, including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, and partly cloudy in the Terai region.
There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain and snowfall along with thunder and lightning, windstorm, hail in some places of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, in a few places of hilly and mountainous areas of Lumbini and Karnali provinces, and in one or two places of the remaining areas.
