Telecom is introducing 200 Gbps of international bandwidth through Tata and Bharti Airtel. Nepal Telecom has signed an agreement with Tata and Bharti Airtel for the purchase of international bandwidth. Since the company called for a tender for the purchase of 200 Gbps of bandwidth through international competition on March 16, these two companies have essentially received the responsibility of providing the bandwidth.

According to this, Tata will provide 60 percent of the required bandwidth, and Bharti Airtel will provide 40 percent of the bandwidth. According to Telecom, more bandwidth will be available than was previously available through Airtel, Tata, and China Telecom.

This contract is for three years. Telecom believes that since it will be available at a much lower rate than the bandwidth that is currently being purchased, the company’s expenses will be reduced, and it will be easier to provide the service to the customers at a cheaper rate.
