‘Sakkigoni’ Will Not Come Today Due To ‘Laj Sharanam’, This Is The Reason The court order to stop the promotion of the movie ‘Laaj Sharanam’ has also affected the comedy teleserial ‘Sakkigoni’. The 91st episode of ‘Sakkigoni’, which was scheduled to be aired on Himalaya TV at 8 pm tonight, will not be aired.
This episode contains promotional materials for the movie Laaj Sharanam’. The production company of ‘Sakkigoni’, JPT Creation, has stated that the last episode of ‘Sakkigoni’ had to be stopped after the promotion was not allowed as per the court order.
Actor Arjun Ghimire (Pande), who is also the head of the company and the executive producer of ‘Laaj Sharanam’, informed about this through social media Facebook. He wrote, “After the Patan High Court banned the promotion of our film ‘Laaj Sharanam’, we have been unable to broadcast the 91st episode of the teleserial ‘Sakkigoni’, which we have already shot for the promotion of the film, in compliance with the court order.”
The teaser of the film, which was supposed to be released on the occasion of Mahashivaratri from Falgun 14, was released three weeks ago. Sitaram Kattel is seen in the look of ‘Neta’ in the teaser and poster of the film. Former minister Mohammad Aftab Alam had filed a writ petition in the Patan High Court, alleging that the facial features, clothing, body, hairstyle, gestures and love that matched his face were used in the film without his permission.
Earlier, the song ‘Nepal Hasneko’ sung by Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor and rapper Balen was released to promote the film. The song was trending at number 1 on YouTube less than 19 hours after it was uploaded.
The song ‘Sonbar Lok Dohori’ sung by Saroj Lamichhane and Sunitami Pariyar and the song ‘Bhole Bam Bam’ sung by Rolex the God Father, aka Arjun Dev Pandey, are still on YouTube.
The film, directed by Kumar Kattel, features Sitaram Kattel, Vijay Baral, Arjun Ghimire, Mukunda Shrestha, Mahesh Tripathi, Vijay Baral, Arpan Thapa, Mala Limbu, Sagar Lamsal, Harish Niraula, Kamalmani Nepal, among others. The executive producer of the film is Arjun Ghimire (Pande) and the producer of the film is Naveen Shrestha. The film is co-produced by Ram Naresh Shah and Srijana Khadka.
