Xiaomi Collaborates With Traffic Police To Launch Road Safety Awareness Video Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi has released a traffic safety awareness video. The company has launched an awareness campaign in collaboration with the Nepal Traffic Police as part of its social responsibility.
The company said that the video content has been prepared to raise awareness among the general public about the importance of traffic rules and the serious consequences of ignoring road safety.
The video titled ‘Yamlok’ covers the main causes of road accidents. In particular, the video mentions problems such as speeding, drunk driving, crossing the road at the wrong place, not using overhead bridges, and using mobile phones while driving.
“Xiaomi’s goal is not just to do business, but also to contribute to the safety and well-being of the community,” said Manu Manaswi, Country Manager, Xiaomi Nepal. “The aim of this campaign, conducted in collaboration with the traffic police, is to make Nepal’s roads safer.”
The company believes that this collaboration will help reduce road accidents and fatalities while increasing public awareness of road safety and traffic rule compliance.
