NPL Live Streaming Available On Ncell App: Educational Content For Students At Every Corner Mobile service provider Ncell is set to show live coverage of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) through its mobile app. Ncell, which is also the ‘powered by’ of the league, is set to provide this facility to its customers.
The company has said that more information about this will be made public soon. The league, which includes eight franchise teams, is starting on Saturday.
Under this, it has been announced that for every four scored in each game, four sets of educational materials will be provided to students of community schools in rural and remote areas.
According to the foundation, the educational materials will help bring about positive changes in the learning of students. Each educational kit will contain the necessary materials, which will contribute to reducing resource scarcity and providing quality education to students.
“Cricket unites and inspires. Through this initiative, we want to use the passion and power of cricket to positively impact the lives of students in rural and remote areas. Education is the cornerstone of sustainable development, and this initiative demonstrates our commitment to empowering the future generation,” said Visakha Laxmi Khadka, Head of Corporate Communications and CSR at Ncell.
The foundation said that the distribution of educational materials will be done in coordination with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), local bodies, and stakeholders.
