Ncell’s Voice Pack Can Be Exchanged With Data And Data Pack With Voice Mobile service provider Ncell has introduced a new feature for its customers. The company has introduced a feature to exchange voice service with data and data service with voice in a press release on Thursday.
Under this, always-on customers get voice, data and SMS bundle service as per the pack. Now, if the data is exhausted while using the service, but there is voice remaining, the customer can exchange such remaining voice with data through the Ncell app. Similarly, the remaining data can also be exchanged for voice.
The company has stated that this facility will always be valid on its Rs 399, 499 and 599 packs. Customers can go to ‘Exchange Data or Voice’ on their Ncell app and exchange data with voice or voice data as per the service they require.
For example, a customer can exchange 50 minutes of voice service for 1,250 MB of data. Similarly, a customer can convert 1 GB of data into 41 minutes of voice service. The company has stated that up to 90 per cent of the remaining voice or data service can be exchanged as per the service they require.
There is no Ncell data charge when using the Ncell app. Ncell customers also get 1GB of free data when they download the app for the first time.
