Google’s AI Features Will Also Come To Oppo’s Mobiles Smartphone maker Oppo is bringing Google-level AI features Gemini and Circle to Search to its smartphones. The company is bringing the AI feature with Oppo’s new operating system ColorOS 15.
“Our main goal with ColorOS is to make phones easier to use with the help of AI,” said Nicole Hang, Oppo’s AI product general manager. “By collaborating with Gemini 1.5 Pro and 1.5 Flash, we have tried to bring language, assistance, and search to the forefront.”
With this, you can use Circle to Search on Oppo phones that support ColorOS. This feature was first available on Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series. If you want to search for a photo seen on any app or website using Google Lens, you can use the ‘Circle to Search’ feature.
Similarly, Color OS 15 will also feature an advanced version of Google’s Gemini app. Gemini can be used for chatting and as an AI assistant.
It is said that Color OS, which includes Google’s advanced AI features, will be available for the first time in the Find X8 series.
