The Happy Opening Of ‘Venom 3’, How Is The Earnings Of ‘Chakkapanja 5’ Up To 17 Days ‘Chakkapanja 5’ has grossed aggressively for 17 days of its nationwide run. According to the distribution company Banktes Entertainment, the film has earned 185 million gross till the third Saturday.
The film’s collection has seen a decline in its third weekend. Distributor Manoj Rathi said that last Friday and Saturday alone, the earnings were Rs. 90 lakhs. There is a decline in the collection. But with the start of the Tihar holidays, we expect that there will be an increase in the show and occupancy,” he said.
The film grossed Rs 176 million in 14 days. Another Nepali film ’12 Villages’ which was released during the festival of Dashain is also seen to be making good money. It is said that even till the third weekend, the earnings of the film directed by Viraj Bhatt are stable. The film starring Sameer Bhatt has not released the official earnings.
It is said that the Hollywood superhero film ‘Venom’, which has been on display since Friday, has opened around one and a half crore in the first weekend (Friday and Saturday) in Nepal.
Tom Hardy starrer ‘Venom 3’ is seen to have made good money, especially in big cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal etc. On Saturday, the occupancy of this film was around 80 per cent nationwide.
The earnings of ‘Venom 3’ are satisfactory in the context of the disappointing business of the latest Hollywood release ‘Joker 2’ in Nepal. Before that, ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ also earned well.
