OnePlus Smartphone Banned In Germany Again OnePlus and its parent company Oppo have once again faced a ban in Germany. Earlier, a long patent dispute with Nokia was resolved, but now smartphone sales have been stopped due to a dispute with a company called Interdigital.
This dispute with InterDigital is said to be focused on patents based on 5G and other advanced mobile technologies. Earlier, the products of OnePlus and Oppo were banned in Germany due to the dispute with Nokia. In the present case, the Chinese company has to face almost the same situation.
Along with this, smartphones including OnePlus 12 are no longer available in the online store of OnePlus in Germany.
OnePlus fans are disappointed by this ban. OnePlus hopes to resolve the issue soon and sell its smartphones in Germany again, but since patent cases based on 5G technology are often complicated and time-consuming, it is likely to create more challenges for the company.
