Even In Nepal, ‘Software Freedom Day’ Is Being Celebrated Today, and ‘Software Freedom Day’ (SFD) is being celebrated with various programs. This day is celebrated on the third Saturday of September every year to highlight and promote the importance of open-source software.
In this context, the Nepal Open Source Club organized a program at the Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT) to celebrate ‘Software Freedom Day.’ The club has been organizing various programs targeting this day for the past 20 years.
In today’s program, various open source-related project exhibitions and interactions, cybersecurity-related capture of the flag, and coding-related games, including Noscode 5.0, will be organized.
