There are many differences between the current design of our calendar and the design of the new update. There is a big difference between UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface). At first glance, the user interface does not match the current design.
When you open the app in the new update, you will see a newly designed homepage. A footer has been added in this update. Options like Home, Calendar, Other, and more are placed in the footer. If the footer is made sticky, the header appears sticky only when the footer options are selected. That is, the header disappears when the content is scrolled. In the old update, the header is visible when scrolling to the top.
Such a header is called a dependent header. In the new update, the header disappears, so there is more space. It is believed that there is more space without a header, and the user’s attention is focused on the content.
In the new design, the header is simple and convenient. On the right side of it, you can see the menu and our calendar logo. To the right of it is the user’s profile, and next to it is the language option. A search box can be seen at the bottom of the header on the homepage. Previously, there was no search facility in our calendar. This is a feature coming in the new update. Events, dates, programs, and other services can be searched from the search box.
In the old update, there is an advertisement section at the bottom of the header. Then, there is a list of what happened on today’s date. The new update has a banner at the bottom of the search bar. It contains a text welcoming the user. At the bottom of it, it is seen what kind of festivals are held on that day. This section can be slid. When you slide, you can see the calendar, upcoming days, calendar, different country times, your events, and card management options.
Below that, other services of our calendar, like Patro, Mart, Our Pay, Sait, etc., can be seen. Below that is the Horoscope section. Then there are sections like bulletin news, latest news, e-cards, popular news, etc. Our calendar has separate sections for economic news and e-commerce news.

After this, the calendar will appear in the calendar section in the footer. At the bottom of it, a list of various festivals, programs, and days is visible on that day. A little further than that, the list of events appears. It also shows all the events, calendar events, and events you have saved.
If you select the ‘Day’ option at the top of the calendar section, the programs on that day will be displayed. Similarly, if you select the ‘Week’ option, the programs of that week will be displayed. After this, you can see the month and year characters, respectively.
The next biggest change in the new update can be seen in the menu. All the features have been kept in one menu option in the old update. It does not seem that different sections are kept separately. However, each section is separated by a line at the bottom.
In the new update, you can easily see that each section is kept separately. It has sections like Lifestyle, Finance, Markets, Media & Information, Astrology, Education, Health & Wellness, Shopping & Feedback. The related features are placed in the related section.
At the top of the menu are options for theme change, note sync, and notification. You can also search for the feature you want. The old update did not have this feature.
Apart from that, it is said that the company is going to bring a premium feature where you can create your own calendar with the new update. Along with that, users using the premium feature will not have to see ads. Apart from that, it has not been revealed what other features are included in the premium.
