Now You Can Talk To AI Through Google Messages Google has also made its AI chatbot ‘Gemini’ available in the messaging app. Gemini, which was earlier given to limited users in the messaging app, has been made available to all users from Thursday.
The company has introduced this feature to reduce the need to install a separate app or search for Gemini in the browser to use Gemini.
Users who use Google Messages on their phones can easily use this feature. For that, first of all, you need to update the Google Messages app. Then, the feature of Gemini is available in the app.
How do I talk to Gemini through the messaging app?
First, open the Messages app.
Then, a message icon appears on the bottom right of the homepage. Above that, another icon appears. That is Gemini.
If you tap on Gemini’s icon, Gemini will welcome you. And it gives information on how you can use it.
Using it, you can draft messages, make various plans, and have fun conversations. After talking once, if you think you don’t want to chat anymore, you can delete it. However, if you want Gemini not to appear in the message list, you can archive it.
To archive, first open the message with Gemini. Tap on the three dots on the top right. Select the archive option. If you archive in this way, Gemini will be removed from the chatlist. Again, you can continue the chat by tapping on the Gemini icon near the message icon.
