For Fun The Hacker Took Down The Website Of The National Examination Board A hacker group has claimed to have taken control of the website of the National Examination Board. Posting on Telegram on Saturday night, a hacker group named ‘Anonymous Nepal’ said that the board’s website (neb.gov.np) was down.
Stating that the website was brought down through the ‘botnet attack’ method, he claimed that even after the attack was stopped, the website would not open immediately.
He has also claimed that he has the login details of some schools.
Until Sunday morning, when opening the board’s website, the message “Forbidden, you do not have permission to access this resource” was displayed, but now the message “This site cannot be accessed” is displayed.
The officials of the board are unaware of the reason. “Well, not from us. It has been heard that the problem has come from the place where the website is created,” said a representative of the board. “It has become difficult for us to work without opening the website.”
