Ncell App Now Features Police Report Data Free A new feature has been added to the Ncell app. Customers can now apply for a police character certificate i.e. police report through this app. In line with the company’s commitment to ‘always on’ and the plan to further enhance the customer experience, the company has added the facility of registering applications for police reports.
Users can apply for a police report directly through the app and get their report online. With effect from 29th Sharwan, Ncell made the Nepal Police website free of charge on its network without any data charges. Under this, no internet fee will be charged for services such as complaints to the police, online applications for police reports, etc.
“As a responsible corporate citizen, we are happy to provide various public services digitally through our customer-friendly Ncell app in collaboration with Nepal Police. Such initiatives are a basic requirement if we envision a digital society and country,” said Vishal Upadhyay, Chief Regulatory Officer, Ncell.
According to the company, the Ncell app is also very important for Nepalese who are roaming outside the country for a long or short time. While roaming, customers can easily recharge, buy packs, and stay connected even when they are out of the country.
