Shahrukh Flew To Switzerland For Locarno Who Is Going From Nepal Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has left for the world-famous Locarno Film Festival to be held in Switzerland. It is said that he will be given a ‘Career Achievement Award’ there.
Shahrukh’s pictures are being shared at the Mumbai airport. The festival has already started on Thursday. Jane Campion, Alphensa Curon, and Irene Jacob will also be honored at the festival.
On Saturday, Shah Rukh will be presented with the ‘Pardo Alla Carrera Award’ for his contribution to bringing Indian films to the world audience.
On August 11, Shahrukh will also participate in a public conversation at Cinema Granrex. It will also be live-streamed for fans around the world to hear this conversation from the global icon.

Another attraction of this year’s Locarno Film Festival is the special screening of the Nepali film ‘Shambala’. For that, the film’s actors including director Meen Bahadur Bham, and actress Thinle Lhamo are going to Switzerland on Saturday.
Thinley will fly on Saturday morning while Bham is scheduled to leave in the evening of the same day. Actor Sonam Topden is currently in America. Talking to Online Khabar, actress Lhamo said that they will participate in the special screening, the press conference, and the red carpet that will be held afterward.
