American Lyles Won Gold In The 100m Race America’s Noah Lyles has become the world’s fastest runner by winning gold in the men’s 100m race at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Last night, Noah Lyles won gold in the S-meter race at the Stade de France by completing the set distance in 9.784 seconds.
Lyles overtook Jamaican sprinter Kisane Thompson in the photo finish. Thompson won silver with a time of 9.789 seconds. Similarly, Fred Kerle of America won the bronze with a time of 9.81 seconds.
Lyles was the 100 and 2-time world champion before the Paris Olympics.
