The Men’s Football Quarter-Finals At The Paris Olympics Are Complete The men’s football quarter-finals under Paris Olympics 2024 have been completed. Host France entered the quarterfinals with 100 percent victory, while gold contenders Argentina and Spain also reached the last eight. The Asian country Japan has also made it to the knockout stage by winning 100 percent in the group stage.
America along with host France from Group A, Morocco, and Argentina from Group B, Egypt, and Spain from Group C, and Japan and Paraguay from Group D have made it to the last eight.
In last night’s match, France defeated New Zealand 3-0 and became the winner of Group A. France added 9 points from 3 games.
In Group B, Argentina beat Ukraine 2-0 and became the group runner-up. In the next match, Morocco defeated Iraq 3-0 to win Group B.
Argentina lost to Morocco in the first match, but after that, they won two matches in a row and reached the knockout stage. Although both have the same 6 points, Morocco is ahead in head to head.
