What Did You Search For In Google Chrome? Now AI Will Tell AI will make it easier to find what you are searching for in Google Chrome. Google Chrome will use a new Gemini AI-based tool to retrieve information from its search history.
According to Google’s blog post, although the current Chrome history helps to re-view previously viewed sites, it is necessary to manually re-search the same site. Now, you can search your browsing history using conversation style.
For example, ‘What was the college site I looked at last week?’ When asked, AI will show the relevant page.
This feature will be optional and the user can turn it on/off. It cannot show the search results in incognito mode.
Apart from this, Google will also provide the ‘Circle to Search‘ feature in the desktop version, which will easily search for any item with the help of Google Lens. Initially, these features will be available only in the US, according to Google.
