The Government Will Establish A Research And Development Fund Of 1 Billion The government will establish a one billion research and development fund. Finance Minister Varshman Pun informed about this while presenting the budget for the financial year 2081/82 on Tuesday.
“Next financial year Rs. 1 Billion A research and development fund of one billion will be established, he said. He also said that one percent of the annual capital budget will be allocated for research and development.
