Lost While Watching the Reels on Facebook and Instagram Sometimes, while watching the reels on Facebook and Instagram, they can disappear due to various reasons. And if you look again, you may not find it. Perhaps if you spend a lot of time watching reels, you’ve run into this problem.

Facebook (mobile app)
1. Open the Facebook app.
2. Click on the ‘Watch’ tab on the top bar.
3. Then click on the profile icon at the top. There are various options.
4. Click on ‘History’ from it.
There, you will see the latest videos you have watched. In addition, you can also view saved reels. For that, you have to click on ‘Saved Videos’ instead of ‘History’.
Facebook (Desktop)
Viewing the history of reels is almost the same on desktop as on mobile. Follow the below method for this:
Login to Facebook from any browser.
-Click on your profile photo.
-Tap on ‘Settings and Privacy’ from the various options that appear there.
-Now select the ‘Activity Log’ that appears there.
-Then various options appear in the new tab. -Click on ‘Videos You’ve Watched’ among them. Now there is a list of previously watched videos.
Instagram
Instagram doesn’t have a ‘watch history’ like Facebook now. But you can watch the reels you like. Follow the below method for this.
1. Open the Instagram app.
2. Tap on the profile picture.
3. Click on the menu with the three lines above.
4. Click on ‘Your Activity’ there.
5. Now there are many options. Select ‘Likes’ below them. On the newly opened page, the posts and reels that you have liked so far are visible in a handful.
6. To view only reels, click on ‘All Content Types’ at the top and select reels.
6. Now the reels you have liked so far are visible.
In this way, you can watch the reels and videos that you have already watched on Facebook and Instagram.
