DICOM: This contains medical metadata, so you probably won’t use it for your photos or designs.
AEM Properties: You don’t need to worry much about this either. Because it is related to Adobe’s enterprise services.
RawData: This allows you to know the file’s and XMP’s structure.
Can metadata be removed from photos?
Metadata remains in a photo file until you or someone else deletes it. So much so that even if you change the file type, the metadata stays with it. If you post your photo on the site and someone else downloads it, they can check the metadata using Photoshop or other editing software.
