After running Apple Vision Pro :Zuckerberg said Facebook’s Quest 3 is better than this Meta’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark Zuckerberg, has responded that his own Quest 3 VR headset is better than Apple’s Vision Pro. By posting a video on the social network Instagram on Tuesday, Zuckerberg expressed his opinion about the Apple Vision Pro. He has also claimed that the video posted on Instagram was taken from the Quest 3 headset.
I recently tried Apple Vision Pro,” he said in the video. “Before using it, I expected Quest 3 to be cheaper in terms of price than Apple Vision Pro. However, after using it, I feel that the Quest 3 is superior not only in terms of price but also in other features.”
Currently available only in the US, the price of Vision Pro is 3,499 dollars (about 463,000 rupees). But the price of Quest 3 is only 499.99 dollars (about 66 thousand rupees).
Zuckerberg’s argument is that the weight should be reduced in order to use it easily on the head for a long time. Therefore, he mentioned that the weight of Quest 3 is about 120 grams less than Vision Pro’s Tulana.
Zuckerberg mentioned that the Apple Vision Pro’s battery is connected to the headset through a wire, which will improve the user experience.
Similarly, he claims that the hand controller (which can be controlled with the help of the hand) and the hand tracking input option in Quest are also classy. However, there is no facility to physically control the buttons in Vision Pro.
Vision Pro is defined by Zuckerberg as an attractive entertainment device. At the end of the video, Zuckerberg thanked his team, who had been working on the VR headset for a long time.
Since Apple started making the Vision Pro headset available to the public, its features have been discussed a lot. Meanwhile, videos of some users using the headset and some users walking on the road using the headset have come to the internet.
Also, a world-facing tracking camera, four eye tracking cameras, a true depth camera, a lidar sensor, four inertial measurement units, a flicker sensor, and an ambient light sensor are also installed in it.
Features such as iris-based biometric authentication and optic ID to unlock the lock by tracking the retina of the eye are provided. It can be controlled by hand signals, eyes, and voices. Similarly, keyboards, trackpads, and game controllers can also be connected to it.
Some other companies that support Apple Vision Pro, which has more than 25 built-in apps, have also advanced the development work.
