“He admitted that he wrote the answer by putting the earphone in his right ear against the dignity of the exam,” the notice issued by the commission reads.After he admitted that he stole the ticket, the commission took action under Section 41(1) clause (a) of the Public Service Commission Act, 2079.

Similarly, the Commission has banned him from being a candidate for the next two years in the examination conducted by the Commission in accordance with Clause (a) of Section 41(2) of the same Act.
