Problem of not recharging from mobile banking and wallet to Ncell Since Friday morning, there has been a problem with not topping up Ncell numbers through mobile banking and digital wallet. Even though the physical card is being recharged, a notification that the service is unavailable is displayed when topping up through digital means.
While recharging through a digital wallet, the e-service shows ‘Service Unavailable’, while recharging through the Khalti, a notification that this service is temporarily inactive can be seen. Even when trying to top up from mobile banking apps, the ‘Transaction Failed’ notification appears.
Ncell has not given any information about the service interruption.
This service is not available. Ncell is doing some updates. This problem has occurred in Ncell at times. This problem is not big for Ncell. But why has Nchell done this until now, people are in a hurry. Ncell has not agreed to take recharge and donor pack either.
