WorldLink Internet Link Down In Nepal, since August 24, 2023, this issue will be created between the link down into the server between the WorldLink Office of Nepal and India’s main server connected by fiber from there. Due to heavy rainfall, this will increase day by day. For two days, it seems there will be an increase that will shut down all the systems while downloading and uploading files.
I have been raising this question immediately while uploading a video on August 24 at 9:20 PM in the evening. I feel that the internet server will make it slow and unable to upload video immediately there.
For more than 4 years, I have been using this service from there. But the people will be calling the phone to the WorldLink office, but the phone line was too busy to raise these queries about the internet there. Even I have been raising tickets from the mobile apps.
Because this is the big problem that happens within two days, the server will be down all over Nepal. Some of the users will be angry because it feels like the server isn’t working nicely over there. Even yesterday, I raised this question to the toll-free WorldLink office, but they said to keep waiting a moment; it will be updated for you there.
Even though I have been checking from time to time, I feel that the internet is not working nicely there. Even the people will raise the question to the team, but the staff won’t arrive to call back to the customer. Please wait for a moment, and then you will get updates from your senior teams still working there.
I have been shocked about this big issue happening under WorldLink Internet in Nepal. I never seem to find it on this server to issue all country-side down links there. I know all issues will happen in time to be updated to fix the problem.
Conclusion
I hope everyone in Nepal will know the link-down issue on the server happened on the Nepali side. Even the server will encounter problems from time to time out there. I will understand the issue that happened under the server-down link issue.
I hope the company teams will try to work hard to fix this issue. I think WorldLink Internet Link Down in Nepal will never get this long to fix out there. Even I will be getting updates from the toll-free number to ask about this question.
